FAQ

Q: What is your return policy?

A: For Internet Orders - Full Priced, unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of arrival for any reason. All merchandise returned must be in original packaging with original tags attached. Should you want to return your purchase, please e-mail shopvirginialee@gmail.com to receive an RA #. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a refund, original shipping will not be refunded. Please make sure to have a tracking number when sending your package back, as Virginia Lee is not responsible for any lost return packages. Sale items may not be returned. 

Q: My item purchase arrived damaged, what should I do?

A: All damaged items must be reported with a  picture sent to shopvirginialee@gmail.com within 14 days of their arrival. We will replace or refund as necessary. 

 

Q: How quickly will my order ship?

A: Most items will ship before or up to 2 business days after date your order was placed. 

Q: I live in Charleston, WV. Can I pick up my online order in the store?

A: Yes! Please proceed with your order and enter your billing/shipping information for tax purposes. On the shipping method screen there is a "free" option for in store pick up. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pick up. Please be aware that our 14 day return policy begins on the day you are e-mailed that your order is ready to be picked up, not from the day you choose to pick it up.
