Q. After I place my order, when will I receive my package?

     A. Current processing time is 1-2 business days. This does not include shipping time which is typically 1-5 days. If you need your items before their scheduled ship date, please e-mail us. Rush fees and expedited shipping options are available. *Our free economy shipping option this holiday season is an estimated 1-5 day transit time. Our free shipping offer does not cover USPS Priority or Fedex 2 Day shipping. Those are available for purchase without the coupon code.*

Q. What is your return policy?

     A. Due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, we do not accept returns. Our embroidered hats are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. For more information please see our returns policy page and our terms and conditions page.

Q. I accidentally sent my package to the wrong address, what do I do?

     A. As soon as you discover this, please contact us. If we have already shipped your package, you are responsible for contacting the post office to determine what will happen next. If your package is returned to us in the mail, you are responsible for repaying the shipping for us to send it back out.

Q. Are the pockets sewn shut on pocket shirts and tanks?

     A. Yes, during the embroidery process, all pockets are sewn shut so that the pocket is not usable anymore.
