Due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please refer to our size guide, monogram guide, and ask any questions prior to ordering items to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. For more information regarding our policies, please see our Terms & Conditions page. Our embroidered hats are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.
Should your items arrive damaged or incorrectly personalized, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the package's arrival. At our discretion we will replace or refund damaged items and assume shipping costs associated with said decision.
Please note we are unable to refund, exchange, or replace ordered items if you do not contact us within the first 7 days of your order arriving.
Due to fluctuating production times, we cannot guarantee any items can be canceled once the order is placed. If you need to cancel an item, please e-mail email@example.com immediately.
