Return Policy For Internet Orders:

Full Priced, unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of arrival for any reason. All merchandise returned must be in original packaging with original tags attached. Should you want to return your purchase, please e-mail shopvirginialee@gmail.com to receive an RA # and return instructions.

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a refund, original shipping will not be refunded. Please make sure to have a tracking number when sending your package back, as Virginia Lee is not responsible for any lost return packages. 

 

When items are on sale they are deemed final sale. This is noted in the product title, and product description. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

 

All merchandise must be received back to us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. Please contact us for an RA number and instructions with enough time to allow for shipping transit so that we may receive the items back before 14 days has passed.

 

Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if 14 days have passed from the delivery date.

For customers that choose In Store Pick Up for our Charleston, West Virginia location. Merchandise must be received back within 14 days of the date you are alerted that your order is ready to be picked up - not the date you choose to pick the order up. 

Exchanges: At this time we are not able to offer exchanges due to limited quantities per item. If you would like to order a different size for an item you are returning, please proceed with a new order for that item.
